Yes, we provide free delivery on all orders over $3,000. This applies to the total order value before taxes and is available to customers in the continental United States. Orders under $3,000 are subject to standard shipping rates based on weight and destination.

No. We take ownership of every issue first. Our team works to resolve it directly, and when vendor escalation is needed, we handle it on your behalf using our partner relationship to get priority attention. You deal with us — not a vendor call center.
