Company: Standard Matter LLC ("SMTTR")

Applies to: All customers, visitors, and anyone transacting with SMTTR.

Purpose. This page provides customers with clear information about SMTTR's brand ownership, data practices, product standards, fulfillment commitments, and pricing policies — so every transaction is honest, transparent, and straightforward.

1) Ownership & Brand Notice

SMTTR is a brand of Standard Matter LLC. All sales, billing, and customer support are provided by Standard Matter LLC. References to "SMTTR," "we," or "our" refer to Standard Matter LLC.

2) Privacy & Data Handling

SMTTR respects customer privacy and adheres to Shopify and Google compliance guidelines. Customer data collected during checkout is securely stored and used only for order fulfillment, customer service, and communications relevant to your order or inquiry. 3) Product Testing & Quality Assurance

All SMTTR custom builds undergo rigorous bench testing and thermal validation prior to shipment. GPU and server configurations may include BIOS logs or test reports upon request. Modifying or tampering with hardware voids eligibility for returns and warranty coverage.

4) Warranty & Support

All products are covered by official manufacturer warranties. SMTTR provides initial support and will coordinate RMA procedures with manufacturers as needed. Professional users may request extended testing reports for an additional fee.

5) Order Fulfillment

All products ship from U.S.-based suppliers. Orders typically ship in 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.

6) Fraud & Verification

We manually review high-value orders for fraud prevention. We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged by payment processors. For security, billing and shipping addresses must match unless prior verification is completed.

7) Communication & Support

Our support team responds to inquiries within 24 business hours. Orders exceeding $5,000 are eligible for dedicated build consultations upon request.

8) Customer-Focused Policies

Zero Grey-Market Policy: SMTTR sells only hardware sourced from official U.S. distributors or certified OEMs, ensuring valid warranties and authentic products.
Secure Packaging Guarantee: Shipments are professionally packaged with static, shock, and moisture protection. High-value orders include shock sensors, tamper-evident seals, and full tracking.
Transparency Commitment: We provide clear, honest product information, including availability, serial numbers, and detailed testing reports for custom builds.

9) Fair Price Policy

SMTTR adheres to Google's guidelines on pricing transparency and promotional fairness. We offer clear, market-aligned pricing without artificial discounts or deceptive urgency. Any promotional claims are truthful, clearly defined, and accurately represented. Prices may change based on component availability, distribution costs, or market conditions; if they do, SMTTR will communicate the reasons transparently.

10) Price Guarantee

If an item's price drops within seven (7) days of your purchase, SMTTR will issue store credit for the difference.
