Order Processing

All SMTTR products ship from verified U.S. distributors or our own SMTTR testing facility, with free standard shipping within the contiguous United States via USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent ground service).

Shipping times vary by product type—standard in-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days, while custom-built systems may require additional preparation time (clearly indicated at checkout). A signature is required upon delivery for all orders totaling $500+. For fraud prevention, no address rerouting is permitted after order confirmation.

During promotional periods, product launches, or peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an issue affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear after dispatch.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact support@smttr.com and we will assist you.

Delivery Delays

While we work to meet the delivery estimates listed above, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our direct control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or periods of unusually high shipping volume.

If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will help review the shipment status.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to request an address update, contact us as soon as possible at support@smttr.com.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite claims and replacements, provide clear photos of all sides of the shipping box, images of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. Without these visuals, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and duties calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for import taxes.
