The Kingston FURY KF556R28RBE2K4-128 is a kit of four 4G x 80-bit (32GB) DDR5-5600 CL28 ECC RDIMMs based on twenty 2G x 8-bit FBGA components per module. Each module supports AMD EXPO v1.1 and Intel XMP 3.0 profiles. Total kit capacity is 128GB. Each module has been tested to run at DDR5-5600 at low latency timing of 28-34-34 at 1.35V. SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers. Ideal for AMD Threadripper Pro and high-end workstations.
